1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the easily transferable nature of digital intellectual property, all sales are strictly final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances once a purchase is made.
2. Digital Delivery Conditions & Timelines
Reports are delivered digitally via email as secure PDF or Excel files. Standard delivery occurs within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation. Custom research or updated reports may require 3 to 5 business days.
3. Order Cancellation
Once a payment has been processed and an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. All sales are final at the moment of transaction.
4. Custom Research Terms
For custom research or bespoke consulting projects, clients are committed to the full scope of the agreed work. No refunds or cancellations are permitted once the project has commenced.
5. Duplicate-Payment Handling
If a technical error results in a duplicate charge for the exact same transaction, the erroneous secondary charge will be reversed to the original payment method upon verification by our billing department.
6. Defective or Inaccessible File Resolution
In the rare event that a digital file is corrupted or inaccessible upon delivery, please notify us within 3 days. We will promptly provide a functional replacement file of the exact same report at no additional cost. This does not constitute a refund or exchange.
7. License Upgrade Rules
Clients who purchase a Single User License may upgrade to an Enterprise License within 30 days of the original purchase by paying the difference in price. We do not allow downgrading of licenses.
8. Dispute and Governing-Law Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from purchases or these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our primary operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
